Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the dgb333 website at dgb333.vip and all associated pages, services, and features.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.

Account Management and Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. Specifically:

• You must choose a strong, unique password and must not share it with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must log out of your Account at the end of every session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• You must notify dgb333 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
• dgb333 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

dgb333 may suspend an Account at any time if unusual login patterns, suspected fraud, or security anomalies are detected. During any such suspension, pending bets may be settled according to official results and the outcome credited or debited to the Account balance accordingly.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dgb333 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may change without prior notice.

Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonuses are only available to players who have a fully verified Account in good standing.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, public display, or commercial use of Platform content without express written permission from dgb333 is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, dgb333 shall not be liable for:
